DISA Behavior Model

Who I am?

Understanding my own feelings, ideas, beliefs, values and behaviors is referred to as self-knowledge. Knowing what drives me, why I get out of bed in the morning. Self-examination necessitates ongoing self-awareness and self-consciousness.

Knowing Others

Critical thinking also involves understanding other people. It entails appreciating diversity, having compassion for others, and being aware of alternative viewpoints. A crucial ability in this context is active listening. Openness, lack of judgment, and a desire to absorb new information are crucial. We may establish better connections, communicate more clearly, and arrive at wiser judgments by appreciating and respecting differences.
